Meet Alicia

The ocean is where I feel most at peace; calm, clear, and inspired by what’s possible. That same energy is put into Passion to Impact Consulting. Just as the waves impact me, I help nonprofits find clarity in their mission, peace in their systems, and confidence in the possibilities ahead.

I began my career as a chemist and forensic scientist, but I found my true calling in the nonprofit sector where purpose, people, and impact intersect. Over the past 15 years, I’ve supported organizations of all sizes, from grassroots groups with budgets under $5,000 to established nonprofits managing over $3 million.

I’ve founded two nonprofits from the ground up, served as Executive Director of a homeless shelter, and served on various boards of directors, from soccer boosters and clubs to economic and development councils. I have also collaborated with boards, staff, and volunteers to strengthen programs, increase visibility, and expand community partnerships. My work has transformed organizations from small start-ups to trusted community resources. My proudest accomplishment was developing, designing, and operating Northeast PA’s first sensory gym for children with autism and sensory processing disorders.

Along the way, I’ve guided nonprofits to:

I also hold a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and have experience in strategic planning, program design, and organizational development.

What makes me different is that I’ve walked in your shoes. I understand the realities of limited resources, board challenges, and the weight of community needs. My approach combines big picture strategy with practical tools, providing nonprofits with the peace, clarity, and structure they need to thrive and the confidence to create lasting waves of impact.
